First Federal Introduces a New Level of Security for Your Accounts

First Federal Bank is excited to offer SecureAlerts from NotifiSM which offers real-time alerts about your finances, enabling you to take quick, appropriate action. You can choose which information to receive on demand. It adds a new level of security to banking with First Federal.

You can choose from a number of account activity alerts, and select how you want to receive the notifications: via email, your online banking message center, or text. There are dozens of alerts to choose from. Monitor your account activity, including when:

  • - A suspicious transaction is detected.
  • - A purchase is made using your debit card.
  • - An ATM withdrawal is made.
  • - A check clears that exceeds the amount you set.
  • - A pending loan payment is scheduled.
  • - A low account balance has been detected.

You control your communication preferences. Messages are sent instantly using the delivery channels you select:

  • - Email
  • - Online Banking Message Center
  • - Text Messages*

Setting up your real-time alerts is easy. Log into your First Federal banking account and select Alerts. Click each category in Alert Options to view a list of available alerts. Select the Alerts you want to receive for each account. Then check how you would like to receive them.

Please note, you must first be enrolled in online banking.
