To ensure a timely and successful loan processing, at minimum you’ll need to provide the following documentation when you apply for your loan:
- -Driver’s License(s)
-Social Security number(s)
-Current and previous residence history for the past two years
-Name and address of your employment for the past two years
-Paystubs from the last 30 days
-W-2 and/or 1099s for the past two years
-Tax returns for the previous two years, including all schedules, signed and dated by you
-All bank account statements from the last two months, including all pages, even if blank
-Gift letter (if using gift funds)
-Complete details for any other real estate owned
