To ensure a timely and successful loan processing, at minimum you’ll need to provide the following documentation when you apply for your loan:required-documents-1

  • -Driver’s License(s)
    -Social Security number(s)
    -Current and previous residence history for the past two years
    -Name and address of your employment for the past two years
    -Paystubs from the last 30 days
    -W-2 and/or 1099s for the past two years
    -Tax returns for the previous two years, including all schedules, signed and dated by you
    -All bank account statements from the last two months, including all pages, even if blank
    -Gift letter (if using gift funds)
    -Complete details for any other real estate owned
While these documents will be required for nearly all mortgage applications, your situation may be unique. Please contact your Mortgage Loan Originator to find out your specific documentation requirement
