On May 22, First Federal Bank hosted its first Nonprofit Summit, bringing together nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and banking professionals to foster partnerships and develop strategies to support Jacksonville’s low-to-moderate income residents. Four of the attending nonprofits received a $250 donation and Teen Leaders of AMERICA received a gift of $1000 from First Federal Bank.
This event focused on three areas: Youth and Education, Mental Health and Wellness, and Housing and Neighborhood Development. Through these initiatives, First Federal Bank continues to strengthen its commitment to empowering underserved communities by aligning its resources with mission-driven organizations.
"Strong communities start with strong partnerships. At First Federal Bank, we’re committed to empowering underserved communities by working alongside organizations that share our vision for a brighter future,” shared John Medina, President and CEO of First Federal Bank.
